David joined Carpenter & Company serving as the Managing Director of Sales & Marketing for the new Four Seasons Private Residences New Orleans in 2017 and is responsible for managing all on-site sales and marketing activities for New Orleans’ premier luxury residential tower. 

David is an industry-leading sales and marketing expert, specializing in ultra-luxury branded hotel and real estate developments. Over the last fifteen years, David has sold over $700 million of real estate at the most successful projects in the Caribbean, including the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve and The Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa. David was most recently part of the Dart Real Estate organization where he led multiple sales teams, oversaw sales of various branded residences, raw land subdivisions, new real estate developments and operated a Christie’s International Real Estate Brokerage. 

David obtained his series 7, series 66 and series 31 while working for Morgan Stanley Beverly Hills as a Financial Advisor. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University in 2005.
